This may be particularly beneficial to those with long form content, that users are likely to need more than one session to finish. Currently if a user exits an article (either to go elsewhere in the app or to close the app) when they next return to it they'll be taken back to the top.

Remembering their vertical scroll position would ensure they return to where they left off.
