This would allow you to promote your latest edition on the storefront tab with a summary of your choice.

Highlight how far a user has progressed through an edition

Similar to remembering a users position within an article, this would remember a user's position within an edition's table of contents and highlight it for them so they know how far through the edition they were in their last session.
