In WebView allow article template to fill the screen width

What problem are you facing?

User on large screens have unnecessary navigation

What improvement or new feature are you hoping for?

Our current article styling sets the article into a single column in the middle of the page leaving the majority of the screen open and blank. In web allow the template to use more of the available space so users on larger screens would have more viewable area for the story and require less vertical navigation. Note for articles that contain photos would have to decide on a max size and determine where to justify that image (Center or Wrap would be my preference)

What impact do you think this will have? (e.g. improve app usability, help drive acquisitions)

Improved user experience and less navigation in artilce view.
