For web viewers move left and right navigation off the bottom rail

Icons at bottom of screen and not intuitive or consistent with app experience

What improvement or new feature are you hoping for?

All users to navigate by clicking on the left and right edges of the page instead of returning to the bottom bar and Arrow icons
