Indication of editions deleted upon tapping 'Delete all downloaded editions' in Settings

No indication when user taps 'delete all downloaded editions' via settings

What improvement or new feature are you hoping for?

Some good indication that the action happened i.e a message like ' X Editions Deleted' or even the same loading circle as you see when you click to download an edition

What impact do you think this will have? (e.g. improve app usability, help drive acquisitions)
