Sync Saved Articles across devices by user account

What problem are you facing?

Users expect their Saved Articles to sync across multiple devices, e.g. on their iPhone app and their iPad app, and have provided feedback requesting this feature

What improvement or new feature are you hoping for?

Saved or Bookmarked articles appear under Saved when the user logs into the app, regardless of device, or users have the option to sync Saves/Bookmarks across devices somehow

What impact do you think this will have? (e.g. improve app usability, help drive acquisitions)
