Users expect their Saved Articles to sync across multiple devices, e.g. on their iPhone app and their iPad app, and have provided feedback requesting this feature |

Saved or Bookmarked articles appear under Saved when the user logs into the app, regardless of device, or users have the option to sync Saves/Bookmarks across devices somehow |

I'd like this feature to be exposed as a public API so we can also sync bookmarks to the web (both reading and setting new bookmarks).
In addition, an event model that enables us to trigger a webhook when a bookmark is added or removed so we can update third party platforms like SailThru.
