Metered paywall expansion - Registration

Our current metered paywall implementation allows you to reset every X weeks or months. This cycle will start from the date you first interact with content regardless of where in the week or month that is.

This expansion would allow the ability to give a user access to a certain number of articles, then allow registering to give the same user a further metered allowance before finally showing the paywall.
