Better signposting for navigation through editions

If you have a PDF download button in your edition it can sometimes be unclear to users that they are able to scroll past it and that there is more than just an option to download a PDF version.

We're thinking of ways to make this more obvious. Current suggestions include:

  • Reducing the prevalence of the PDF download button and adding copy to indicate the ability to scroll

  • Adding a dismissible tooltip

  • Attach files

    Change the position of the "View as PDF" button

    When user open the ToC, especially on mobile, they just see the cover image and the "View as PDF" button and then they don't realise that they can view the rest of the articles. - can we please move the "View as PDF" button right to the bottom aft...
