In Bolt we support an analytics dimension known as External User ID, which we can track at the moment if it's given to us by your authentication provider.
We are looking at ways to track it if an ID is provided separately from your auth. Specifically we would need to know:
How is the ID generated?
How is the ID passed to Bolt, especially if the user is not logged in when they arrive to Bolt?
