Metered paywall expansion - Resetting on a specific day of the week/month

Our current metered paywall implementation allows you to reset every X weeks or months. This cycle will start from the date you first interact with content regardless of where in the week or month that is.

This expansion would allow you to reset every week/month, at the start (or possibly even at a specified day) rather than when the user first interacted.
