Add ability in Web to easily navigate back to the timeline from the article

What improvement or new feature are you hoping for?

Make the timeline menu at the top of the page persist when in a article view and add a back button that mimics the behavior of the edition taking you back to the last visited timeline or top level.

Perfect world we can return them to the scroll depth on the timeline that they were last at. With some timelines being 50 articles always starting over at the top can feel annoying.

What impact do you think this will have? (e.g. improve app usability, help drive acquisitions)

Readers in web today who want to use the timelines to scan for articles reading select stories don't in web have a easy way to return back to their timelines. Its to many clicks / navigation if you want to scan. This works great on Native Apps. Improved use and reduced navigation for readers
